The real bug is _eval_integral can only handle numbers:
In [33]: Piecewise((3*x,x<2), (0, True))._eval_interval(x,0, x)
Out[33]: 6
The real result is another Piecewise function
Piecewise((-(3/2)*x**2, x<0), (3/2*x**2, x< 2), (6, True))
but this can get ugly really quickly so it might take a bit to get a good
interface for it.
