Well, internally, I don't care what it's called, but it would be a pretty heavy backwards compatibility break if Function('f') didn't work as it does now anymore just for the sake of nomenclature purity. Perhaps you could rename the other type of Function.
signature does seem unused. We should either remove it, or else find a use for it and use it.
