New issue 2217 by asmeurer: Patches tutorial
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=2217
We need to do something about
http://docs.sympy.org/dev/sympy-patches-tutorial.html#quick-start. It is
completely outdated. Most of it refers to hg, which we haven't used for
years (we were already using git by the time I joined the project). I
think the only useful part is the git start in the appendix. The rest
should be a guide on how to do pull requests.
Or, since GitHub has some guides of it's own on how to do stuff with git,
should we just remove this completely?
