The "Pushing patches" page is fairly recent. Someone created it based on
some notes I left someone who had just obtained push access. I guess we
never actually linked to it in any other wiki page. But it is not
obsolete. You can also tell this from the fact that all the information
there is valid (e.g., it references GitHub). I suppose we should link to
it on the front page under "Development".
I can see that Motivation page just fine.
I think all those other examples are indeed obsolete, i.e., they reference
things that have since been removed.
