Regarding the first, I understand and will add this, and mention that it is
related with `git config --global"
btw, about section:
[sendemail]
to = [email protected]
Is it means, that is used for "get send-email" for sending a patches?
About the second, I will carried out experiments with it.
Regarding the top link, I don't understand what target page should be (full
link of course): to our wiki home page, or to development-workflow page.
