Chris, if you are around, can you log into IRC to help me debug this?
Could you maybe push up a token commit somewhere that removes the line
endings from one file, so that I can see that they are actually there.
Clearly either the line endings are untracked in your git directory, or
test_code_quality is lying to one of us.
