Well, the fact that git doesn't recognize it indicates that it isn't really
being changed. At least not as far as git is concerned, which is the only
thing I am concerned about.
I'll leave this open if you want to figure out what is wrong. Perhaps
there really is a bug in our tester. It's just testing
line.endswith('\r\n').
Otherwise, I recommend that you just "fix" your files so that it doesn't
complain any more, and maybe try to fix or change your text editor.
