For some reason, when I port to distribute, doctests will all run and I
have to Ctrl-C each one separately. Pressing Ctrl-C three times was ok,
pressing it a couple dozen times is not. @smichr, does your branch still
fix this? Or rather, does it even work on current SymPy? I'd like to get it
to work correctly, as it appears that we'll have to port to Distribute to
have working Py 3 support.
