implemented the proper functionality in my mathjax branch, and have a demo
at docs.sympy.org/mathjax.
The only thing blocking this is that we need a way to easily find MathJax
errors in the docs (I've emailed the MathJax people about this). We will
also need to move the items from pngmath_latex_preamble in conf.py into the
respective files that use them, as mathjax doesn't support this, though for
obvious reasons I'd prefer to fix the other problem first.
