It seems that MathJax does not convert math delimited by dollar sign
Support for this can be added in MathJax configuration (see
templates/shell.html from sympy-live).
lso, I just discovered that MathJax doesn't support some things that the
LaTeX
does, like \middle.
You may need to load additional packages (is \middle part of TeX, LaTeX,
asmmath, ...?).
