I don't have any further time to put into arguing about the deep mathematics of these derivatives. I feel like ambiguities are being created where there are none. If I accept these ambiguities, I can't even do the most basic things in calculus and physics, which is silly. I will fix my branch to address the specific code related comments people have brought up and then I would like it to be merged. I greatly appreciate the specific code related comments people have brought up and am more than willing to continue to discuss those.
