That last comment is confusing. I think what I intended to say is that perhaps a gci task could (have) been to make `(1/x).subs(1,2)` give `2/x` rather than remain unchanged. But the original issue is fixed and awaiting final ok in https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/690
