I'll be trying to implement this. But since I haven't yet had a course in abstract algebra, I'll need to understand most of this from ground up. Fortunately, I'm currently enrolled in a course of linear algebra, so, that would help.
Anyway, once I am done understanding the paper, I'll open up a discussion on the google group and we can discuss how to implement this.
