I've tried to form a basic sketch of an algorithm to do this. For all new

Since I have not got any community response (not only on the google group
bit elsewhere too), I think I will be going with the solution to the
special case:
x^5 + ax +b =0
Is this okay? Later on, we can modify the function slightly to extend it to
general quintic.
