This was discussed before, but I guess we never opened an issue for it. We
should make it so that we don't have to skip plotting tests. Rather, the
doctester should automatically disable the viewer from popping up.
Otherwise, all the doctests will never be tested, and they will be wrong if
the API changes, or if there is a typo.
