I arrived to this issue while searching for one to fix and tried
KroneckerDelta(n, m) == KroneckerDelta(m, n)
for equal and unequal m,n and got true in both cases. If this issue has
been fixed already, please mark it so. If not, can you please elaborate on
what I am missing? I would like to fix it.
