Further, with fold_frac_powers=True the printing of functions raised to
rational powers is suspect, it doesn't print the exponent in the same
position compared to the default option:
from sympy import cos
print latex(cos(x)**Rational(3, 2), fold_frac_powers=True)
\cos{\left (x \right )}^{3/2}
print latex(cos(x)**Rational(3, 2), fold_frac_powers=False)
\cos^{\frac{3}{2}}{\left (x \right )}
