Comment #2 on issue 3769 by [email protected]: minpoly hangs on this expresion; should subtract constant?
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=3769

It does not stall on my computer, it takes 6s; but computing the following
one obtains the same in 0.07s

```
    eq=((1/sqrt(sqrt(7)/7 + 2*sqrt(2)+sqrt(3))))
    mp = minpoly(eq, x)
    print 'mp=', mp
    res = expand(mp.subs({x: x-3}))
```

so it is a good idea to subtract the constant.

The following stalls on my computer

```
eq = 1/(sqrt(sqrt(7)/7 + 2*sqrt(2)+sqrt(3)) + 3) + 3
mp = minpoly(eq, x)
```

and again the correct result is obtained fast using

```
eq = 1/(sqrt(sqrt(7)/7 + 2*sqrt(2)+sqrt(3)) + 3)
mp = minpoly(eq, x)
expand(mp.subs({x: x-3}))
```

Do you plan to work on this? If not, I can open a PR to fix this.
