Yes, the more correct way would be to return a Piecewise expression, or to
give a general answer that is valid for all complex arguments.
For the other thing, you don't have to open an issue for everything that
you plan to fix. Just open a pull request and fix everything. You should
separate them into separate commits, but that's it.
