New issue 3773 by [email protected]: Rewriting acos to atan produces an
error for symbolic arguments

The rewrite function from acos to atan only evaluates if the argument for
acos is within (-1,1]. Symbolic arguments produce an error since they do
not satisfy the limit conditions.
I'm a beginner here and would like to fix this myself if that's alright.
