Ah, so maybe that isn't why the series terminates. I didn't notice that it really is the right term (I thought it was just adding and subtracting, but I didn't notice the square). Or maybe it is. I didn't check the code.

Either way, it would be nice if each term returned by lseries were of the form a*(x - b)**n (where b is the point of the series expansion), so that you can easily get a and n from as_coeff_exponent.
