Well, MatrixExpr does define is_ZeroMatrix as False, but the camelcasing
implies to me that it's specifically referring to the subclass ZeroMatrix,
rather than just a matrix of zeros. But implenting an is_zero_matrix could
be a sensible alternative. I could just set it be the same as the existing
MatrixBase.is_zero property, then it would propagate down through all the
subclasses unhindered. Any objections or other thoughts to this?
