I'm a complete beginer. I used to 'program' in Matlab but I migrated to Python (thanks God) since August, so before, I had never "developed" code, just "used" pre-built functions without really enjoying the 'behind the courtains' process. Now I use PythonWin 2.5 Interactive Window (comand line) and its editor, which works much like Vim. For the first time I'm learning how to use a revision control software, and I'm feeling comfortable with mercurial for windows... It pretty much looks familiar with a unix-like terminal. > Lately I discovered git for windows It's good to know that git has something for windows, I'm going to try it too! Thanks Ondrej, I'll keep working on my patch. By the way, I already made a function that solves my problem. I'll write of that later because I have more questions.
