This is an implmentation of differential geometry in Scheme. The AI Memo 2005-003 "Functional Differential Geometry" groups.csail.mit.edu/mac/users/wisdom/AIM-2005-003.pdf is a nice introduction an contains many examples of what can be done in scmutils. Maybe some of the work that went into this can be recycled.
