We are going to apply as an organization again. Google has not opened the applications for organizations yet, but I have started with last year's application at https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/GSoC-2011-Organization-Application. Please go in and edit it to make it better. So far, this is working off the assumptions that the questions will be the same as last year's, but we can modify it when they open up the applications if they change.
