etc... Since different people might write routines with the same name and so
namespace could keep these sorted.

The idea itself is definitely good, but those snippets would probably be
untested and unreviewed (if they were tested and reviewed, there would
be no reason not to add them directly into sympy). Do we really want
such code in the main repo? Maybe we should create a sympy-snippets repo
instead?
