Hello,

I have added new files to the SymPy source tree and I have written
some docstrings. What is the canonical way to get those docstrings
compiled to HTML?

I have managed to get past MathJax importing error by running
sphinx-build under sympy/doc, but then I get

<some-output>

The full traceback has been saved in /tmp/sphinx-err-CqrowY.log, if
you want to report the issue to the developers.
Please also report this if it was a user error, so that a better error
message can be provided next time.
Either send bugs to the mailing list at
<http://groups.google.com/group/sphinx-dev/>,
or report them in the tracker at
<http://bitbucket.org/birkenfeld/sphinx/issues/>. Thanks!

</some-output>

I feel like I'm doing something wrong and everything raises against me
:-)
