Based on the rule changes, I think that there will be lower participation this year. And if anything, we can post a smaller number of tasks if we don't have enough people. Another rule change that I did not mention is that this year, tasks can be added at any time (last year, they had to be added at the beginning or the middle of the contest). So we can phase them in to match our manpower.
