Hey, Thanks for the earlier reply. I am writing after a long time, as I was busy in my end-term reports, quizzes and all that stuff!!!!
I saw the ideas page of sympy and got really interested in ODE and Group theory. I also checked Aaron Meurer's 2009 GSOC project report https://code.google.com/p/sympy/wiki/ODEsModuleReport, and wanted to inquire whether the following things have been implemented or not, if not I will be glad to take them as a project. 1. Non-homogeneous linear systems 2. Linear systems with periodic coefficients (with constant coefficient was implemented by him) 3. Stability of linear and non-linear systems (Lyapunov stability) 4. BVP's (boundary value problem) =>Sturm-Liouville, Green's function for solving non-homogeneous BVP I am also interested in knowing more about the project on Risch algorithm, and what all can be implemented. Although I do not have enough knowledge about Risch algorithm, but from what little I have read, it sounds interesting.
