I hovered over the close X on a comment (the only place that shows a URL 
for me) and copied the URL but when I try to use that URL, it doesn't work 
(says that it's a broken link). How do you cross reference github comments 
(and where did you learn it -- I searched the GitHub help for similar but 
didn't find it)?

The URL that I copy is this
https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/8237/review_comment/18917067

But I see (from others who have done this successfully) that a form that 
will work is
https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/8237#discussion_r18917067
