Dear Sir,

I Vishakha Narang, an undergraduate student pursuing B.Tech in Computer
Engineering from Cummins College of Engineering.

I have advanced skills in programming languages like C++, Java, Python,
HTML, CSS, XML and beginner level skills in many other languages.

I carry a great passion for designing and experienced in python programming
. I have taken up many projects in Python and have worked on functional
programming in python.

I have Engineering level mathematics skills and this subject interests me
the most since my school days . Till date I am studying and improving my
Mathematics skills.

I would like to contribute in sympy’s geometry section .Conic sections
like ellipse and parabola functions are present , drawing up an idea from
this I would like to contribute by implementing functions on circle and
hyperbola.

My plan for three months

First Month – Implementing functions of circle

   - Normals
   - Tangents
   - Chords

Second Month – Implementing Functions of hyperbola

   - Tangent
   - Normals
   - Director circle

   Third Month - Documentation

I am deeply committed to any action that is assigned to me and believe in
delivering and learning from every experience. It is by working in a new
environment that will help me in increasing my knowledge, and thus improve
my skills.

I request to you to review this idea and let me know if it has the
potential to be taken up in Gsoc 2020.

Looking forward for your positive response.

Thanks!

Sincerely,
Vishakha Narang
