Getting the documentation to build on Windows is likely to be a difficult
task. If you have figured out how to make it work, it would be helpful to
add improvements to the parts of the documentation that document how to
build the documentation (i.e.,
https://docs.sympy.org/latest/documentation-style-guide.html#installation).

Unfortunately, the documentation building process relies on some packages
that are going to be very difficult if not impossible to install directly
on Windows, so the only way it will work is through some sort of Linux
emulation, whether that be git bash, WSL, or a Linux VM.
