Hello everyone! My name is Shreyas R. I am a junior at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad, majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Robotics.
I am quite familiar with Python, and I have been using it for my ML based courses in my University, which included implementing various Supervised and Unsupervised ML models from scratch, tuning them for better performance, plotting and visualisation, etc. I meanwhile got introduced to frameworks like Keras as well, and now I've been using them extensively. Recently I have also started using Python for ROS as a part of curriculum. I have studied Linear Algebra and Calculus in my freshman year and Discrete Mathematics in my sophomore year, so I have a decent background on Mathematics. However, my favorite ones are Linear Algebra and Discrete Math, since I tend to use them on a regular basis. I am very new to SymPy, so I'm in the process of understanding the ins and outs of it. This is my first shot at open-source development. However, I'm confident that with support of peers on this group and consistent efforts, I'll be able to find my way through this.
