The sympy.solvers.solveset.linear_eq_to_matrix is probably what you are
needing:
```python
>>> eqns = [c*x + z - 1 - c, y + z, x - y]
>>> A, b = linear_eq_to_matrix(eqns, [x, y, z])
>>> A
Matrix([
[c, 0, 1],
[0, 1, 1],
[1, -1, 0]])
>>> b
Matrix([
[c + 1],
[ 0],
[ 0]])
```
