Several projects upstream from Sage have accepted PRs that add 
integration/portability testing using Sage's GH Actions infrastructure. 
Take a look at 
https://github.com/wbhart/flint2/blob/flint-2.8/.github/workflows/ci-sage.yml
If this looks like something that you'd like for SymPy, let me know; I can
