This is quite unfortunate if user is forced to close application on sign of mentioned problem. > But you have a problem and YOU have a incosistency, becaouse YOu are > doing thinks badly and by different way then us, and now you are > writing thinks where you found your way as problematic and proposing > our way instead? :-O We missunderstand eachother. I have two versions of Synapse: one original and second withmodifications. I solved problem with delayed data and all works fast as original Synapse, in case when everything is in order and this bug is irrelevant for original Synapse. I simply reported the problem may hapend with original Synapse. Main inconsistent with timeout in general is that because your socket unit cannot return socket state you use timeout to detect socket connection break, however still keep socket connection open and keep old buffer. > You are proposed thinks to me, but this thinks I am using from > Synapse's born. Is it possible that you have had no similar situation where Synapse simply fail? I just reported one - any product is bug-free, until error happens. :-) One more, do not understand wrongly, I do not force any solution I simply report problem I have with original Synapse, which you may wanted to consider. It is comletely different point of view that it happens in rare conditions, however where happens may create main application totaly unusable. That is all about the issue.
