On nonwin32 FPC are called Freepascals native name resolving routines, and these routines trying to resolve all by DNS query. this is reason why you see delay on offline computer. I can create workaround for 'localhost' resolving in Synapse, even this is primary question for FPC developers. -- Lukas Gebauer.
