Ok, I not know why ErrGetError returns 0 in your case. Maybe is 
something changed in OpenSSL 0.9.8. As I see, I am doing error 
checing in SSLAccept badly. :-(

Go to TSSLOpenSSL.Accept and after line:

x := sslAccept(FSsl);

Try to call this:

        err := SslGetError(FSsl, x);

What value is returned by this function to 'err' variable?
