Hi everyone!  Hope those who had days off around the new year had a

sort of action happens :)

Not sync-related, but I do want to point out that it was recently
brought up that the stuff around Firefox health report changed at some
point and there's now a per-user unique id associated with the
request.  _That_ is why I want things that Mozilla shouldn't have
access to to be written in a policy that the user (ostensibly) agrees
to; changing this shouldn't just be decided by the module owner.  It
should be agreed to by the users being affected.
