I discovered your projet a few weeks ago... No need to say that it is
already
very useful to me, since I use my iPAQ almost only for its agenda
functionality. Nevertheless, I noticed several problems with the
synchronisation, and I would like to know whether I could help on the testing
side.
My configuration is the following: I use an iPAQ rz 1710, running
windows
mobile 2003, second edition (in Spanish), whereas my desktop pc is running
OpenSuse 10.0, upgraded to KDE 3.5. I use Kontact and KOrganizer as the pim
suit, and at the time being I do the synchronisation directly from raki,
built from rapip last cvs.
Here are some of the problems I noticed. In case this could help you, I
would
be glad to enter more in the detail.
- several contacts are missing (something like 30 out of 300) on the pda side
after synchronisation.
- the contact notes are missing
- the organisation of a contact created on the pda comes along with a
semicolon in Kontact
- I also have one significant problem with the organiser on the pda: it seems
that the synchronisation works quite well, but at the time of displaying the
week planing the pda gets extremely busy and unresponsive.
