Maybe due to the
 LAST-MODIFIED:20060201T230750Z
Or do you mean on a fresh sync?

Are you sure, that it isn't synced, or could it be that they are synced but 
invisible/broken. I too still have 3 candidates that are broken.

Could you please use:
 rra/src/rra-get-ids 2713 
To check if it got transfered?

The RRA identifier shouldn't be the problem. 50% of mine have that prefix, the 
others have libkcal as prefix.

ATM I'm hunting down a similar/related problem where only the "DESCRIPTION" is 
being transfered, but everything else is gone. The event doesn't show up on 
the device.
