I'm speculating, but I don't imagine opensync have any plans to release
anything for 0.2x, and the synce plugin isn't present in 0.3x.

To that end I've imported the legacy plugin into our svn, and I've
already started something of a hatchet job on it. I'll add this change
to the description there.

At some point I really want to merge the whole thing into sync-engine,
but that's a little way off yet :)
