So the GUI follows the Synthesis interpretation of the events, which is "report operations requested by peer". As part of bug #3314 I changed the value reported by the progress event to get it compliant with the sync reports. I'll revert that, because the alternative (changing the string "Received" into "Applied" or something like that) is not feasible right now due to the string freeze.
