I disagree on both. By not setting a peer name, the user of the D-Bus client basically says "I don't care about who we synced with, give me data about the local data". In that context, sorting by time alone and applying start/count to that ordered sequence of sessions makes more sense to me. The peer name of a session is of secondary importance, but it is not entirely worthless. I don't think the caller can determine it, unless he analyzes the session directory names.
