I downloaded both 1.1.1 and 1.1.99.6 and compiled them with
./configure --enable-dbus-service

Actually, I'm not that sure, as I don't usually use the wallet. But after
having a closer look, you're probably right: it must have been the GNOME
keyring, as I didn't even have kwalletmanager installed...

How can I find this out? I started the syncevo-http-server from the same
konsole as the syncevolution --configure

... and syncevolution --export $HOME/calendar-backup.txt n900 calendar fails to
read the password from the keyring too (the evolutionpassword needed to connect
to caldav)

I never stopped X. The same X session was running all the time


I even tried running syncevolution --export with -k, but that failed as well...
