[gtk+-2.0 added to PKG_CHECK_MODULES(LIBNOTIFY...]

On Debian, /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libnotify.pc contains a "Requires:
gtk-2.0" part. That is the correct solution to the problem. Is there a
chance to get that fixed in Fedora soonish? Otherwise I'll apply the
patch as a work around.
