SyncEvolution  is maintained in "eds", so that would be:

osc linkpac eds syncevolution home:dwmw2:evo

I have created the link. What you need for the ActiveSync backend is
SyncEvolution >= 1.1.99.4 + 20110620. I'm not tagging new versions for
each snapshot.
