Jelle sent some logs, but Intel's mail system filtered them out before
delivering the email.

In the meantime I installed DAViCal 0.9.9.4, the current version from
mcmillan.net.nz. Both CalDAV and CardDAV worked fine in my tests.

Jelle, which version of DAViCal are you running?
