Depends. It may be best to have a separate component. As far as SyncEvolution is concerned, Harmattan has very little in common with Fremantle and earlier Maemo versions. The backends used are completely different, and the Harmattan version still lacks e.g. DAV support and a decent GUI (and when it gets one, it will probably look different from the Fremantle one, since Fremantle is GTK-based, while Harmattan is Qt-based, and several other differences).
