Most, but not all, bugs from bugs.meego.com were migrated. I already
closed the ones that were migrated, with links to the new one.

Unfortunately my initial data export missed the bugs in the
non-SyncEvolution component, so in particular the Maemo bugs were not
migrated. I hope to move those later.
